What I'm building — April 2026
What's happening
April has been intense. On the 7th I upgraded to Claude Code Max and the same day started two new projects: Padel Up and MarketMyApp. Creator Roast came shortly after. Now I'm running four active things in parallel — which would have felt impossible three months ago.
What's shipping
Padel Up — the all-in-one padel iOS app is done. Landing page is live at trypadelup.com. Waiting on App Store approval. The product is ready, just in the queue.
MarketMyApp — building. The pitch: stop drowning in marketing frameworks and let AI tell you the three highest-leverage things to do this week. Sole focus after Padel Up launches.
Creator Roast — building in parallel. AI that roasts your creator profile and tells you exactly what's broken. Simple concept, high demand.
Helpmarq — running quietly at helpmarq.com. Not pushing growth right now, letting it find its own pace while I focus on the faster-moving products.
Biggest change this month
Claude Code Max. The difference from the standard version is significant enough to change how I structure work. I'm delegating more, planning before I touch code, and trusting the agents on medium-complexity tasks instead of doing everything inline. It compounds fast.

The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick. If you build things and talk to potential users — read this. It's short, specific, and will change how you run every customer conversation.
Tool I can't live without
Warp terminal. Once you use it, going back to a standard terminal feels painful. The AI command lookup alone saves me 20 minutes a week of Googling flags.
